The technical goal is to create a mobile service, convenient and easy to use for an average person, who will use the application during the time he or she stays in there, which is usually 7-10 days, so the learning curve has to be small.
The language barrier was also considered: quite a few people at Russian speak English, let alone other foreign languages. Therefore, the application aims at solving communication problems to let both deal parties make the deal, even if they don’t speak the same language.
Additionally, all features relevant to such a marketplace were developed – customer feedback, integration with warehousing services, etc.
